Pre/Post Natal Programs

Here at The Back Gym we offer a custom tailored program designed to meet the needs of pre and post natal women. Our introductory package includes a fitness evaluation, two weeks of unlimited classes, a nutritional consult, and acupuncture and homeopathic medicine consult, a 1/2 price massage by a pregnancy specialist, as well as a discount on a 1 yr. gym membership.
