Land Classes
Clients can exercise on their own or in small group classes.
The following land classes are available throughout the day:
- Stability Ball & Abs:This class will help you to strengthen your core. You will perform a variety of balance, core training strength, flexibility, and rehabilitation exercises.
- Body Sculpt:Focus is on muscular endurance using proper form. Strengthen your muscles and tone your body in this non-cardiovascular program.
- Chair Aerobics:A class specifically designed for seniors. Improves strength, flexibility, and range of motion.
- Mat Pilates:Wonderful strengthening Pilates moves and dynamic stretches will increase flexibility and lengthen muscles. This class will improve range of motion and posture, while strengthening your core.
- Pilates Reformer I:Get a full-body workout in an extraordinary atmosphere on Pilates reformer equipment. Optimize your posture, strengthen the body's "core" (primarily the spine and abdominals),and create long, healthy muscles. This class is an introductory class.
- Zumba:Shape your body as you move with Latin & hip-hop rhythms....you won't even feel like you're exercising! A great cardio workout to help lose inches.
